My cousin was not allowed to date until the day she left for college and by that time she was nineteen. In High School, she hated it. All her friends had already had various sexual partners by the time they were seniors and she had never even been on a date. But her grades were fantastic and she was involved in basketball which got her a full ride to school. By the time she got to college she knew the rights and wrongs of dating and what birth control methods worked the best she had several friends with children by that time and now she thinks it was the best thing that could have been done to her.
